Salmon is delicious and super healthy when getting fit
In this recipe it is not Paleo friendly since some wheat and dairy is used but this recipe makes a salmon entree much more exciting and tasty to eat. With a side of roasted asparagus and cherry tomatoes, it completes the healthy dish. Panko breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese bring so much flavor to salmon along with garlic, butter and parsley. The salmon ended up somewhat juicy rather than dry because of the crust along with lemon juice.
