Unfortunately, we do not accept these forms of payment, but we do accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or PayPal.

Here at Grey Mode, we work hard to process your order as quickly as possible. We recommend thoroughly reviewing all information prior to submitting your order.

Once an order has been processed, we are unable to change the contents of your order.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the contents of your package or the method of shipping. Address corrections may still be possible depending on the destination of the package. Additional fees may apply.

You will be sent an order confirmation email once your order has been received. A second shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been mailed, and it will include the tracking number for your package.

We are required to collect a California sales tax based on your zip code. All orders shipped to California addresses will be charged local tax.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. For international orders, you must have a verified PayPal account to complete your purchase.

Return Policy

Please note that we are unable to email return labels for Canadian returns. After receiving approval from us for the return, please return items to us by Canadian Post Small Packet – USA shipping. We will refund this shipping cost to you. Returns of orders shipped to Canada made using any method other than Small Packet – USA will only be refunded the cost of this shipping method. We do not pay return shipping cost on international orders.

We offer 30 day return guarantee. Returns and exchanges are accepted if a written return request is made within 30 days of the day the item is delivered. Items must not have been worn, altered or washed and must have all tags attached. For approved return requests for orders shipped to you, we will email you a pre-paid return label and pay the freight to ship a damage replacement or size exchange. After the return arrives at the warehouse, we will refund your credit card or ship an exchange, depending on what you requested.

Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders shipped to Puerto Rico via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico generally takes 8-21 business days. Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). We email a tracking number when your package ships, and you can track your package at usps.com.

Orders with Standard shipping options are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.

Orders placed with Express Shipping before 11:00 AM Pacific Standard Time will be shipped the same day. Please note the day your order is packed and shipped is not counted as a day in transit. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.
